Homer: Are you saying you're never going to eat any animal
again? What about bacon?
Lisa: No.
Homer: Ham?
Lisa: No.
Homer: Pork chops?
Lisa: Dad, those all come from the same animal!
Homer: Heh heh heh. Ooh, yeah, right, Lisa. A wonderful,
maaagical animal.
Homer: Here's to alcohol, the cause
of - and solution to - all life's problems.
Grandpa: My
Homer is not a communist. He may be a liar, a pig, an idiot, a communist, but he
is not a porn star.
Chief Wiggum: This is Papa
Bear. Put out an APB for a male suspect, driving a... car of some sort, heading
in the direction of, uh, you know, that place that sells chili. Suspect is
hatless. Repeat, hatless.
Lisa: Do we have any food
that wasn't brutally slaughtered?
Homer: Well, I think the veal died of loneliness.
As the Beatles are to pop music, so The Simpsons is to TV comedy. In terms of consistent quality despite huge quantity, it’s so much better than anything else that it almost doesn’t count.

Heh heh.
I didn't come across one of my favourites, which is in the episode with the comet that hits Springfield.
At the end, after they've all survived, the mob rushes off shouting "Let's go burn down the observatory, so that this will never happen again!"
My favourites:
Mo: "You know what I blame this on the breakdown of? Society!"
Marge says that Bart should complain to his teachers about being bullied. Homer's response: "What? And break the code of the schoolyard? I'd rather Bart died!"
Jacques (French bowler, 'Life on the Fast Lane' - referring to Marge's bowling ball which Homer personalised so that he could keep it): "Many people have senseless attachments to heavy clumsy things such as this Homer of yours."
Liz's favourite:
Home to Lisa: "Ah, honey, just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand."
