On ePolitix today:
The prime minister has unveiled 500 new measures to cut Whitehall red tape.
Nineteen government departments will publish plans to save businesses and charities more than £2bn a year.
Is it just me, or is that opening sentence somewhat self-contradictory?

I thought the same thing. They will need to establish a new ministry to carry out all of the recomendations. The Ministry for De-Bureacratization.
Isn't that the job of the Department of Administrative Affairs.
Careful, that's why we have a Bureau of Sabotage.
